Telecom Asset Coordination

Asset:  A valuable item that is owned

Coordination:  The act of  harmonizing in a common effort

Unfortunately, communication systems do not run themselves. These days, separately-retained vendors sell equipment and services, leaving it up to customers to coordinate the development and growth of their communication equipment and service assets.

Telecom Asset Coordination (TAC) is an independent service provided by Telecom Directions for its clients. TAC supplements an organization's on-site resources by coordinating vendor involvement in communication systems development and maintenance. The benefits to clients are maintaining control over costs and establishing supervision over when, where, why and how recommended changes are implemented.
